For the second Sunday in a row, Monica and I kayaked down the Huron River. You can rent a canoe or a kayak at Argo livery and paddle down to Gallup where you can catch a ride back to Argo. The ride is really nice, passing through the Nichols Arboretum and ending with at a lot of space in which to roam in Gallup Pond. The trip can be quick and easy if you want, it requires almost no paddling and takes about 1.5 hours. We took Smoochie along on this trip and she had no problem settling in to the kayaking lifestyle, which as you can see was just about as cushy as sitting at home on the couch.
