Lebanese Dinner

Pascale's Lebanese dinner is served.

Good times.

Pascale does some dishes after dinner.

Some tastly ice cream and chocolate cake for desert. Pascale has made the cake a number of times and this time was definitely the best. It was very chocolaty, fluffy, crispy crusted, and incredible.

Pascale and her "Lebanese" coffee. She said the taste was actually very wrong, but I authentic or not I thought it was very drinkable. The cup on the right is a gift from Pascale. Thank you Pascale!

?, Ian, and Filip. I showed up early because Reid had to drop my off and make use of the car. Filip and Giulia arrived just as dinner was served, but ? and Ian didn't show up until we had finished our dinner.

Pascale takes to reading our future in the coffee grounds. She is extremely good at it, though my one complaint is that my future sounded pretty boring. I'll have to take the issue up with Fate.

Elena and my coffee cups.

IMG_5124

The coffee grounds do not lie!

Giulia

Pascale looks deep into Ian's cup and gives an eerily appropriate reading.

IMG_5132

Ian and Filip. Ian is from California, he's the flatmate for Giulia's that we see the least of.

IMG_5135

Elena has seen her future in the coffee grounds and it's not pretty. That is a real look of revulsion and horror. Pascale's reading involved a couple snakes and other creapiness.

IMG_5138

My cup is on the right, the one on the left might be Elena's, I'm not sure about the back. That crusted on brown crap is your destiny!

?, Ian, Filip, and Pascale as we begin our trip back home, enlightened, full, and a little more Lebanese (and for some, ahem, a whole lot more drunk).
